हमारी refund और returns policy 30 दिनों तक वैध रहती है। यदि आपकी खरीदारी के बाद 30 दिन बीत चुके हैं, तो हम आपको full refund या exchange नहीं दे सकते।
return के लिए eligible होने हेतु, आपका item unused होना चाहिए और उसी condition में होना चाहिए जिसमें आपने इसे प्राप्त किया था। यह original packaging में भी होना चाहिए।
कुछ प्रकार के goods return से exempt हैं। food, flowers, newspapers या magazines जैसे perishable goods return नहीं किए जा सकते। हम intimate या sanitary goods, hazardous materials, या flammable liquids or gases वाले products भी स्वीकार नहीं करते।

- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds

Sale items
केवल regular priced items का refund किया जा सकता है। Sale items का refund नहीं किया जा सकता।
हम items को केवल तभी replace करते हैं जब वे defective या damaged हों। यदि आपको इसे उसी item के लिए exchange करना है, तो हमें {email address} पर email भेजें और अपना item इस पते पर भेजें: {physical address}.
यदि item खरीदते समय gift के रूप में marked था और सीधे आपको shipped किया गया था, तो आपको आपके return के value के लिए एक gift credit मिलेगा। Returned item प्राप्त होने के बाद, आपको एक gift certificate mail किया जाएगा।
