Job description:

As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services delivered by the industrial company meet or exceed the quality standards set by the company and the regulatory authorities. You will lead and oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the quality management system (QMS) to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS to ensure that all products and services meet or exceed the quality standards set by the company and the regulatory authorities.
  • Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure that all quality-related activities are conducted in accordance with the QMS and the company’s policies and procedures.

  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with the QMS and relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all quality-related issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure that all employees understand their role in maintaining the quality standards of the company.
  • Participate in external audits and inspections to demonstrate compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS and recommend improvements to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on the importance of quality and their role in maintaining it.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering or quality management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality management in an industrial setting.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in the use of quality management tools and software.
